In our school we have one exit and about 300 cars trying to get out for half and hour. This gag helps kill the time and save gas. Get a role of duck tape and have a friend grab the opposite end of a 4ft strip and walk across the street. Place it sticky side up and wait for a car to drive over.Every time their wheel turns it will slap against the pavement causing them to think something is wrong with their car. Then just watch them pull over and try to figure out what is wrong. It also works at night but only at stop signs because the car must be moving slow for the tape to stick. If that gets old get some water balloons ready and nail them when they pull over.
