In a parking lot, leave a note on someones windshield that says, "I'm sorry I damaged your car." If you want, you can leave an extra sentence: "Please call me, and I'd be happy to pay you for the repairs", but don't leave your phone number. Then, when the person finds this note, you can be off on the side somewhere watching them. They will start walking all around their car looking for the damage. Sometimes, they will even crawl underneath their car when they can't find any damage on the outside. It's funny, and really doesn't do any real harm.
