first you take a role of toilet paper unrole it about 5 feet then take about the same lenght of double sided tape
put the paper on a hard surface then put a side of tape on the inside part of the paper carfully role it back up and put it back in its place
when a person comes to the bathroom they will not be able to get the toilet paper
p.s. remove all paper products from the bathroom prior to doing the trick.
